ZetaView® x30 is perfect for measuring biological nanoparticles such as extracellular vesicles (EVs), exosomes, viruses, virus-like particles, lipids or proteins are of growing interest in life sciences and nanomedicine. With the Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis technology, particles in a physiological buffer can be measured individually. You can watch what you measure in a video. With the ZetaView® x30 series, a major step has been taken towards convenience and speed for fluorescence studies of EV-antibody conjugates.

ZetaView® combines the precision of new generation lasers for perfect illumination of NTA channels and very short switching times with smart software – indispensable prerequisites for the challenging task of the quantification of biomarker colocalization scores.The Particle Metrix ZetaView® Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis technology is capable of characterizing them them reliably in water or physiological buffers. You can simultaneously get information about particle size, particle concentration and surface charge with just one single measurement of a particle sample. Similarly, cluster analysis based on similar properties is possible.

Zetaview is available with options of Single, two and four lasers aka “MONO, TWIN and QUATT” lasers.

Scanning NTA
